We are the husband-and-wife team behind Pettersson Homes!

If you had asked us in 2008, when we started dating, if we would make good business partners one day, we probably would have laughed in your face. At the time, we were running on love but not much else. As fate would have it, here we are. And to our delight, we not only make a good team but ACTUALLY enjoy working together. 

Here’s a little bit about our roles at Pettersson Homes. 

Nic has spent over 15 years honing his skills and expertise in home construction. He has a knack for walking into a space and seeing its full potential, then bringing it to life with the help of a talented and hardworking team. His goal is simple: make the process smooth, take the stress out of building, and create homes that turn out even better than imagined. 

Natalie keeps everything running behind the scenes, making sure Pettersson Homes stays true to its vision. She oversees operations, marketing, and the big-picture details that keep things moving forward. While she loves home design and applies her creativity to speculative projects, her primary focus is on creating an environment where the team can do their best work resulting in the craftsmanship and care we are known for. 

For us, Pettersson Homes is more than just a business. It’s a reflection of what we value most: authenticity, excellence, and connection.  

We carry that same passion into Hälsa Nordic Saunas, our custom sauna company. Whether building homes or crafting sauna retreats, our intension is to create spaces that bring people together and make life a little richer.
