If you had asked us in 2008, when we started dating, if we would make good business partners one day, we probably would have laughed in your face. At the time, we were running on love but not much else. As fate would have it, here we are. And to our delight, we not only make a good team but ACTUALLY enjoy working together.
Here’s a little bit about our roles at Pettersson Homes.
Nic has spent over 15 years honing his skills and expertise in home construction. He has a knack for walking into a space and seeing its full potential, then bringing it to life with the help of a talented and hardworking team. His goal is simple: make the process smooth, take the stress out of building, and create homes that turn out even better than imagined.
Natalie keeps everything running behind the scenes, making sure Pettersson Homes stays true to its vision. She oversees operations, marketing, and the big-picture details that keep things moving forward. While she loves home design and applies her creativity to speculative projects, her primary focus is on creating an environment where the team can do their best work resulting in the craftsmanship and care we are known for.
For us, Pettersson Homes is more than just a business. It’s a reflection of what we value most: authenticity, excellence, and connection.
We carry that same passion into Hälsa Nordic Saunas, our custom sauna company. Whether building homes or crafting sauna retreats, our intension is to create spaces that bring people together and make life a little richer.

Becca Graham
Through the ups and downs of owning a small business for over 8 years, Becca found the most satisfaction using her business to build a welcoming culture and authentic community. When the opportunity arose to work for Pettersson Homes, a company founded on Human Connection, she knew it was the right next step. Raising her four kids with her best friend/husband, Otha, keeps her life full to the brim. Her favorite ways to recharge and find joy are spending time outside, exercising with friends, and reading memoirs.

Emily began her career in the residential construction industry in 2017 and brings a deep well of skills to Pettersson Homes. From managing projects to marketing to design, Emily has done it all. She is an A-player on the team and our ship would not sail smoothly without her. Mirroring her array of workplace talents, Emily’s hobbies span across multiple categories. You can find her on a yoga mat, walking on the trails, needlepointing, creating jewelry, crafting, reading, or sharing time, music, and a good meal with the people she loves.

boyd Bailey
Boyd got into project management when a chance opportunity in construction pulled him away from the banking world. What started as a desire to work more closely with people quickly grew into a passion for helping clients improve their homes. Boyd values the relationships he builds with both clients and teammates and excels at bringing calm to the chaos that comes with construction’s many moving parts. Outside of work, Boyd enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending as much time as possible outdoors with family and friends. He’s excited to grow alongside the team at Pettersson Homes and continue learning every day in the industry.
